My mini goal is breaking into the next 10 lb. range which right now is the 240's.7

I reached this mini goal today (5 days late but that’s ok) 😊
Next mini goal is 8 and a half stone, which is 6.7lbs away. Aiming to get there by 28th May.

My mini goal, actually two of them:
1. Mindless eating has been replaced with mindful eating.
2. Weight loss rate is now a steady -4 pounds/month.
Embracing this to achieve my major goals.10 -

@Kiwi2mfp started out at 205. Currently bouncing between 185 and 183. Hope to reach 179 to be out of the 180's soon.
