I am 5' 51/2" and my goal is 135. At that weight I think I will be athletically thin and, most importantly, be able to maintain it, which is half the battle!

I orginally set my goal for 130, but once I reach it I would like to get down to 120!!!! Good luck 2 every1!!!!!0

im 163 and my goal weight is 140 but now seeing many peoples goal weights between 125-135....I feel like my gw is a bit high0

I find that it helps to break your goals into achievable pieces. So my advice would be to stick to 140 for now, and when you get there, you can re-evaluate if you want to go lower then. You may just like it there. Or you may decide to go for another 10. Also,
there isn't much of a difference between 135-140.0 -
Right now, my goal is 160, anything lower would be great!! I also think it has alot to do w your body mass and structure everyone is different.
SO agree! For some their base weight may be higher/lower depending on all this and AGE

I am 5'-6" and my goal is to be between 135-138. I used to be 125-127 and that was a bit too thin for me. I would love to get back to 135 though! Right now I am at 154. =(0 -

5' 6.8 AND I AM AT 162 RIGHT NOW, MY LOWEST EVER WAS 148LBS AND I USED PHEN FEN TO GET THERE, MY SISTER SAID I LOOKED TOO SKINNY BUT I THINK SHE IS JUST USED TO SEEING ME, UMMM HEALTHIER. SO MY GOAL IS 155 OR 150 ISH. I LIKE MYSELF NOW BUT I NEED TO LOWER MY CHOLESTEROL.0

My goal is to weigh 130 lbs. I currently weigh 157. I am an active 56-year-old. I workout for 2.4 hours of cardio and 45 minutes of strength training most days of the week. I currently take meds for a non-functioning thyroid. So far I've lost 11 lbs in 3 months and lost 10.5 inches off my waist and hips. I also dropped 4 dress sizes. I use to be a size 16 now I'm a size 10, but would like to be a size 4. I hope to reach my weight loss goals by this time next year.0

I went from 185 to 160 a year ago and now I want to try to get to 145. I thought maybe 130 but I want to have some muscle tone so I don't mind weighing more if it's muscle and not fat.0

I hope I can reach it, I'm just after starting, and I'm currently 144lbs.
If/When I reach 120-125, I'll see where I go from there, but ultimately this extra weight is really getting me down and I'd be so happy with 125!!0 -

I tend to look quite well at about 160-165, anything less would be awesome! I really want to get to about 155lbs but I'm excited to get to 200lbs, I haven't been at 200 in I don't know how long!0

I am 5'6' and my goal is 114.6lbs; I was about 121.3lbs last year but now I became 143.3lbs
Hunny... 114 is not enough for 5'6''. Anything under 119 would be considered underweight

I AGREE :0)Since my starting weight was so high and I am 48 years old my goal weight for right now is 150 lbs. I figure by the time I get there, I will be in pretty good shape too. I can re-evaluate my goal at this time depending on how I feel and how I look. I am 210 lbs right now and have quite a ways to go just to get to 150 lbs so I think that is reasonable for me right now.

I am 5'5.5" and my goal weight is 180, the smallest I have been was my senior year in high school when I was at 190. I was a size 12 then and very active, which I think is as good as it will get for me. At 190 I could see my hip bones so I feel that anything smaller than 180 not be right for me. I am currently 252, so I will see how it goes when I get down there to 190 and then re-evaluate.

My goal is 115 but I feel like I'm getting close to the weight I should be (I'm 126 now) So I might make my goal 120 I don't know I guess I'll know when I get there.0
