Total loss for June I gained about three pounds. Oh my! I only really pay attention to the average/trend. The good news is the trend has turned back down, and I'm just about maxk in my maintenance range. There's an explanation for this. It's not an excuse. I am going through a major life transition that started on the first of June. I bet I'll get it figured out. I hope so.

I was away on vacation for a large part of June, so my tracking was pretty guesstimated for a third of the month and I was also very inactive for a lot of it. Having said that, I'm really happy with my weight loss for the month, and I was a only a little off from my June goal.
Makes me happy that I proved to myself that being away from my own kitchen doesn't have to mean losing all control and that I can still lose weight if I just stick to it4 -
