You can totally change the dates for your posts. Yours would be July 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31. I do the same thing. If I only weighed one day a week, and if it was on Sunday, this month my "first day" would be June 26. I weigh every day though, and I report here on Saturdays.
Good thing I don't only weigh once per week if today was weigh-in day because the scale jumped over two pounds from yesterday. My ten-day average only popped up 0.2 pounds, and that's the number I pay attention to, and the trend still looks good for the month. Just for sure not for today!4 -

HAHAHA What's up with the food log. After completing yesterdays' food log I got this message...... "If every day were like today... You'd weigh 19.9 lbs in 5 weeks". Well damn.....I want to drop weight but this might be too extreme! My goal weight is about 155 lbs more than this.
Anyone else have issues with the statement at the end of the food log after you submitted the days count??

I normally weigh in on Thursdays so changed the dates of my weigh ins from when I first signed up. My first official weigh in for the July challenge and it was a goody! I'm so happy with the amount I dropped. I know this won't happen every week but for this week I'll take it. It's great incentive for any time I start to slack off. Hope everyone had a great first week.

This week I have mainly had Covidโฆ
Last time I had Covid I slept a lot and had no appetite for days, and then I was very hungry for a while and gained some weight Iโd already lost back. This time I am a lot less unwell, so I have been more active and controlled my food intake more, but yesterday, when doing the school run on foot (with a mask and socially distancing), I got quite dizzy, so I had a bit of a refeed last night which shows on the scales this morning.
I think I should now reset my monthly goal to allow for having had Covid. Iโm also at a stage where my body isnโt so sure it wants to keep losing. This time last year I was back to regaining weight I had lost and thatโs not what I want for myself. I want to see if I like being my goal weight and make decisions about my future weight from there, not assume I canโt get there and still have it in my mind all the time. I think my regain last year was partly that lack of clarity about how Iโd feel at my goal weight, but this year my headโs in a better place.9 -

Had a pretty good week, ate under goal calories all week except yesterday, which was about maintenance as we were visiting relatives.
I'm not sure if I'm still holding water weight from TOTM hitting a few days ago so I'm quite happy to have a loss on the scales this week.
My current mini goal is to eat cleanly every day between now and the 17th July as we are having a day out that involves lots of walking and I want to feel well for it, not bloated and horrible! If I could also lose another 1.5lbs before then that would be great ๐ค๐7 -

1.5 lbs lost so far this month. Even though I ate a little more (a lot more?) on one of the days, I didn't gain any weight from it. Drinking lots of water has been extremely helpful! When I tried to manage my weight last time, I wasn't very successful. This time, I have been eating more and drinking much more water, and I am happy with the results.7 -
So excited about this weekโs down. I have been getting my walks in and tracking. Feeling fabulous!
