    July 1 186 had a migraine tuesday and took ibuprofen which always makes me retain
    water.
    July 8 187 headaches all week and lots of ibuprofen. Glad it’s only that. Did get in my 13k steps a day most of the week so I’m happy about that. Need to add back in working out.
    July 11 186 well that’s one good thing coming out of being sick lol
    July 17 187 yeah! Thought that number would be higher because of vacay but guess it helped I was sick most of it :(

    I’m Jen. I am excited to join! I am 5 ft 3. I’m from New Zealand, so have to convert kgs to lbs and my dates will look like the future to a lot of you 😂

    I have a rare auto immune disease in which my body attacks my cartilage, so I am on steroids but tapering down. Hope to help my health journey by losing weight and living my best life.

    Welcome @bartonjen22 and all the new folks joining us. I hope everyone is having a good week and staying cool.

    @tech_hunter I'm guessing high sodium. I have that issue too - staying within calories, but the water retention from salt is nuts. Sometimes I try to have the saltier meal earlier in the day, hoping by the time I weigh in the next morning, some of that has dissipated. It doesn't always work though. :)
