@LazyBlondeChef
Is the wagyu as good as they say?0 -
@corinasue1143 it's the American wagyu not Japanese (which I should have specified but forgot to). The American wagyu ground beef is different then the grass fed ground beef I usually buy but it's not as good as the Japanese wagyu which I've only had a couple of times because it's quite expensive.0

Spaghetti with marinara, basil and grass fed meatballs. Caesar salad (yet another kit).

4 -

Lunch at work: Cod + veggies + brown rice. I'm not crazy about the texture of brown rice in general, but this was probably the best brown rice I've ever tried.4 -
Wednesday dinner: marinated wild caught salmon, baked potato and baby peas

6 -
Beetroot Dhal, Turmeric Spiced Cauliflower, Dwarf & Broad Beans. Fast becoming my favourite meal. 😋

3 -
Dinner out at a place specializing in Japanese bar food.

2 -
Thursday Brunch: old fashioned oatmeal with strawberries from my garden

4 -
An empty the freezer dinner. Some goat sausages lingering at the bottom freezer because they were a bit gristly. Supermarket potato croquettes which were floury and dry but were helped by some onion gravy. A roast lone tomato and some sauteed mushrooms and spinach on the side;

3 -
Thursday dinner: sloppy Joe on a ciabatta dinner roll, roasted broccoli and cauliflower and a chopped salad

4 -
Carne asada taco with guac, salsa, cheese, tomatoes and cilantro. I had a couple of these but in order to keep the tortillas hot I made them one at a time. Meat is grass fed. Tortillas were made fresh the old fashioned way (corn, water, lime) this morning from a local shop. I'm way too lazy to make my own.
