Today's food
First meal: two soft boiled eggs with mayo [200kcal; 17g of fat, 12g of protein, 2g of carbs]
Second meal: chicken breast with 30% cream and leek [210g; 211kcal; 7g of fat, 33g of protein, 2g of carbs]

Tried all three...don't bother. Way too sweet and there are just way too many raisins in each one!

My go-to lunch or dinner. Ground turkey, brown rice, chick peas, diced tomatoes with chilis, black beans, pinto beans, corn, and mixed vegetables.

My substitution for ice cream- One I use fresh squeezed lime and the other is a mocha one. 30 calories for both and 5 grams of protein too.

Did a trial of my protein cheesecake as mini cakes on cookie crumb base with chocolate protein frosting. I have to say, F'n amazing just not as macro good as the actual cake due to the cookie base.
