Going to gym 3-4 times a week, trying to eat healthy but university exams right now so I've been a bit more relaxed in terms of eating😚

July 1 186 had a migraine tuesday and took ibuprofen which always makes me retain
water.
July 8 187 headaches all week and lots of ibuprofen. Glad it’s only that. Did get in my 13k steps a day most of the week so I’m happy about that. Need to add back in working out.

I have a plan for August into the fall. For those of you that are younger, keep up that core strength and don't skimp on your workouts. Slacking will come back to bite you as you age.
Also, if anyone is in a similar boat, where you're getting back into workouts, or working out around long-term injuries, check out Justin Agustin on Instagram or Facebook. He has a lot of gentle, modified workout ideas that one can incorporate into a regular routine. His longer videos are part of his paid platform, but you can get examples of workouts that you can do from home without much in workout gear.1 -

My focus for August is going to be consistency in my diet, but mostly in my exercise and movement. I've found myself tied to my desk working 10+ hours a day for the past couple of months and that has to stop. I have to find a way to make time for myself and my health between work and family.1 -
