    July Start Weight: 72,8kg
    July Goal Weight: 71kg
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 68kg

    July 1: 72.8kg
July 8: 73.2kg Been totally off track this week - overeating and uncontrolled snacking. Need to take some time to think about my goals and why I want to achieve them.
    July 15: 72.2kg 😊
July 22: 72.3kg hmm… been a VERY hot week and, despite being on track , my weight has just not played ball πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
    July 28: 72.5kg

Ok, so this month is a bust as far as weight loss goes. But that’s ok, it’s a marathon not a sprint. Roll on August πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸ»

But you didn't gain weight - so that's a good thing!

Yes that’s definitely a positive for the month πŸ˜€

Woohoo!! Met and exceeded my July challenge goal of losing 9lbs.!! Having such a huge wooosh at the start is what got me there. But each week I dropped and I'm thrilled. I don't think my weight will drop so well come August. I feel I'm settling into a weekly amount so it's all good. My expectations won't be so high. Seeing as the last weigh-in is in 2 days I doubt there'll be a drop so I'm going with final July drop was 9.8lbs....woohoo!!

    Congratulations for smashing your goals!

It's very wise to look forward and recognize your loss rate may decrease. It will come and go, and you may even have a week where you gain. Keep your head clear, and over time you'll continue making progress. Don't let the little trip-ups that are inevitable cause too much stress. Just keep on going!

Not much difference in 4 weeks but at least i have been consistent in tracking my calories intake .i will try my best for the remaining 3 days of july and next month.losing weight require much discipline but it is not impossible .Good luck to all ,together we will achieve our goal☺.

    Totally possible!

And being consistent with tracking is definitely one of the keys. Even when I have days that are over - some WAY over - I still keep track. My body does, so I might as well make a note of it. This helps find places to improve, and it puts little times of gain into context so I can continue to work on the goal. You're doing the same thing! Keep sticking to it!

Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    June 25 (Starting Weight): - 153.4 (10-day average 153.0)
    July goal - <148 <147
    Ultimate goal - Range between 145 - 150 143 - 148

I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

    June 25: 153.4 (10-day average 153.0)
    July 2: 152.4 (10-day average 151.7)
    July 9: 151.0 (10-day average 152.0)
    July 16: 153.2 (10-day average 152.8)
    July 23 22 : 153.6 (10-day average 153.8)
    July 30: 153.0 (10-day average 153.6)
    July 31: 153.8 (10-day average 153.7)

    Total loss gain for July

July ended with an extra 0.7 pounds compared to the end of June. It's actually worse than that; my ten-day average on June 30 was a fair bit lower than it was the last Saturday of June. I'm actually up double that - 1.4 pounds. Dang.

My tracking tells me I've likely gained around 3 pounds this trip. My weight was up on the last day I weighed before I left due to my TOM so it's going to take a bit once I get home to see where I truly sit. Will weigh in tomorrow to start the August challenge and get to work!

I know from my last flight I tend to retain a ton after a flight so the number might be quite high.

Donna - I expect to be hearing good news in the next few days. May your procedure be as simple as it can and help get you back on track.

    @3rdtimelosesit

If you do a "quote" of Donna's message, you'll see the codes for colors. Not all color names work. Code in front says: [ color=fucshia], [ color=green], [ color=orange], [ color=blue], [ color=purple] etc (without a space after the open square bracket). The end of the phrase has the coed [ /color] (again without the space after the open square bracket).

    This is blue

    This is orange

Wow you mean you just put the word color=and the color name in quotes and bingo it changes your word color?? that's awesome. Thanks.

Didn't make it to my goal this month. At least I didn't gain any weight. So that's a plus right there.
Total loss this month-1.2lbs :( . Average out to only 0.3 perweek.

Update: well guys! I'm 130.0 this morning at 6:30Am. Lost 1.0 pound over night. Must of been masked by the salty meal. I had the night before Weigh in day. This still count as weight of yesterday and part of today In my opinion, So I lost 2.2lbs in july. Averaged 0.5 Lbs per week instead.I reached my goal of the 130.0s : ).

You have to use the correct syntax with the brackets, but yes. I think you may find some colors don't exist.
