This is a challenge is for anyone who wants motivation, support, friendship and tips. We are a nonjudgemental, supportive group who aim to set goals that suits you. If 15 pounds weight loss is not for you, choose a different goal. All are welcome! Let's make these next three months our best yet! This is our sixth round but new friends are always welcome and invited! Post daily or weekly, and let us know what's working for you and what's not. We are a friendly bunch who want to be healthier!

Hi I am back and more or less ready to switch to maintaining, but a bit worried that adding additional calories back in will lead to weight gain so I am sticking with you all for another round though without a major weight loss goal, just accountability.

I have been in maintenance for a short while. Just ended a long vacation and today's weigh in is my first since getting back from that trip so I'm certain most of it is water weight. Looking to get back to my maintenance range and stick to it.

I'm Angela and have been a lurker for ages.
I was 82kg at my heaviest, got down to 61kg and then slowly but surely the weight has crept back on over the last 5 years and I am 71kg as of today.
My goal is to lose 15lbs by the end of October.
I am 5ft7 and an based in the UK. Annoyingly I broke my foot last weekend when I slipped and fell, but do wonder if my weight had anything to do with it.
I am also keen to reduce my blood pressure which is pre-hypertensive.
I am 47 and a major comfort eater.

Good morning everyone ! I am jumping in here as well and hope to loose weight and stay on track. I am currently at my heaviest at 177 lbs and I am only 5,3”.

I am in remission for breast cancer, have Type 2 Diabetes, an under active thyroid, high blood pressure and cholesterol, some osteoporosis and coronary heart disease with a stent in my heart. Going to give this another shot as I have ended up back to where I started back in Jan 2021!
I’m 55, female and 5feet 5 inches.
I joined this group back in January of 2021at my highest weight of 160lbs, and at the time didn’t believe it was possible for ME to lose weight. However I stuck to my program managed to get down to 150lbs in the fall of 2021.
So MFP program DOES work….. If you really stick with it and have patience.
