I started tracking again with MFP on January 3rd and have lost 54.6 lbs to date.

Hugs! Thanks for joining me in this never-ending health journey; I didn't do well at all these last three months. I got married and am celebrating life with my new husband by wining and dining. My name is Donna. I am 62 years old, 5' 5" tall. I live in the Midwest of USA. I am in remission for breast cancer, have Type 2 Diabetes, an under active thyroid, high blood pressure and cholesterol, some osteoporosis and coronary heart disease with a stent in my heart. I am working to get healthier. I know losing weight and exercising more will help all of these issues.

10/03-199.2-(Trend Weight: 198.8)- I’m not going to sabotage the progress I’ve made so far. I know it isn’t much, but it’s in the right direction and so desperately needed for my overall heart health and diabetes. Come on Donna! Who’s the boss here?
10/10-199.8-(Trend Weight: 199.5)- It’s been a bad week full of travel and cravings. They seem to go hand-in-hand.
10/17-200.6-(Trend Weight: 200.2)- I hope everyone will do their self breast check and schedule your mammogram. It saves lives and yours really matters! On the weight front, mine really went up due to much travel this past week, but I am making better choices when I’m on the road. Missing the movement and calorie burn though.
10/24-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- I can’t believe I completely forgot to weigh this morning due to a small change in routine. Wow! Anyway, yesterday was so-so. My choices weren’t the greatest, but no big binge and no large meals. Not enough water or sleep so I’ll work on that today and tonight. It has not been a good week for my diet and I am up from last week, I just don’t have the current weight. It is, however, somewhere in the 2 pound range.
