Jan lost: 0.5 lbs

May gain: 0.6 lbs (beyond frustrated at this point)
June lost: 2.9 lbs (finally, we'll see if is sticks)

I did keep to having a protein drink for breakfast and one other meal every day, but the meals had stuff like potatoes, and I had ice cream 2 evenings.3 -
