    Aug 5-10 did not weigh in

    Aug 11: 186.8 This was quite a surprise, I was out of town, missed one gym day travelling, replaced another gym day with a 4 hour hike/fishing day. I did keep to having a protein drink for breakfast and one other meal every day, but the meals had stuff like potatoes, and I had ice cream 2 evenings.

    Trying to get back on track today. Weight is very much up. Today is 166. Every year I get down to 153ish. I say I’m never going to go into the 160s again. And went summer here I am. I just turned 45 and now is the time for me to get to where I want to be. Would love to get down to 145 and be toned.

    2020: lost 24.4 lbs
    2021: lost 5.1 lbs

    Jan lost: 0.5 lbs
    Feb lost: 0.5 lbs
    Mar gain: 1.6 lbs
    Apr gain: 4.5 lbs
    May gain: 0.6 lbs (beyond frustrated at this point)
    June lost: 2.9 lbs (finally, we'll see if is sticks)

    July 1: 175.1 (Happy Canada Day)
