I'm less than 2 lbs away from being "overweight" and not "obese" according to the blasphemous BMI calculator for the first time in my adult life... possibly ever! 25% left til' hitting my goal weight, which will be in the "healthy weight" range!! I'm down 120 lbs since August 2021!24

Been told just today alone how good I look and getting skinny! Have not heard those words in a while. Really just wanting to keep going and make sure that I don't lose track, however would love to chisel off another 10 before a girls trip in Oct!! Will not give up, feel so much better with 18 down.11

Had goal of 10k average steps day and 4 workouts at home and was achieving that last week but due to an injury had to stop all exercise. Mini goal is to slowly build up to 10k steps a day again and do 3-4 workouts per week at home consistently again by end of Sept.9

I'm 4 pounds away from being at the "healthy weight" on the BMI calculator. So I'll be at that goal in 4-6 weeks!! After that, I'm going to go into maintenance until after the holiday season because this time of year is when I always fall off the wagon and give up entirely. Eating at maintenance means that I'll get to enjoy my favorite fall and winter foods and will hopefully make it easier for me to stick with my long term goals.16

Congrats, that will be a good feeling no doubt. I'm aiming to lose a couple of pounds before Christmas, kinda like clearing space for the inevitable weight gain that comes with festive food.8 -

Amazing! congratulations!! I hope you feel feel as good as this achievement is.6 -
I had over 100 pounds to lose, so I set my weight tracking app into mini goals and I’m .3 pounds away from my next mini goal!
I’m 7.3 pounds away from Onederland and losing 50 pounds, which I would like to hit by December for a beach vacation!17 -

I most likely will not be under 180 by the weeding in two weeks, but I will be just shy of it. My mini goal is to maintain healthy habits during a busy month ahead and establish a new work out routine going into the winter where I may not be able to walk outside as much.
My other goal is to lose 9 pounds before the new year so that I will start out 2023 at a healthy BMI!11 -
My mini goal was to lose my covid weight gain by Thanksgiving. It's not going to happen as I'm still 10 lbs. away but I'm closer than I was last May. So far I'm down 30 lbs. I'm hoping to lose 4 lbs by Thanksgiving so I'll be within 6 lbs of mini goal. I'll be happy with that.

I ordered a bunch of gorgeous size med sweaters and jeans during lock down. I never shop online and rarely buy new good quality clothes. I am a thrift store type. I lost 50 pounds through intermittent fasting and treated myself with the new good quality clothes. I gained back the 50 lbs I lost and now the clothes are hanging in the closet , tags still on them. I refuse to buy new clothes. Why is it so difficult to keep the weight off. Third time in 10 years I have lost 50 lbs and gained it all back with-in 6 months13

My main motivation is to look amazing in my wedding dress.. exactly 363 days away! Secondly is to get back to a healthy weight and maintain it.10

Get to under 200lb currently at 206.6 so close.14

My next mini goal is to reach Overweight. I'm 6.8 lbs away.12

I am officiating a wedding in a couple of weeks and will be wearing a tuxedo for the first time in a very long time. My mini goals are to do a great job of performing the ceremony for my friends and to look good in the photos.11

Oooo yeah weddings 😬 friends are getting married in March next year and I would like to feel comfortable and confident in whatever dress I have to wear. I guess being so far out it’s more of a maxi goal though!

To get back into 130s, currently 146.5lb6

After being wheelchair bound for a year and a half, the weight just piled on. Tons of physical therapy and beating the odds of being told I would never walk again... my mini goal is to drop from 343lbs. down below 300 by the New Year. I am already down to 320 and I feel confident this is very realistic.24

Today I weighed in at 165 lbs which is 75 lbs down from my highest weight of 240. My mini goal is to reach a healthy BMI by my 70th birthday October 14, 2022. Right now my BMI is 27.5. I need to lose just over 15 lbs to make my goal.
Today I weighed in at 149.4. Made my goal of losing 15 lbs by my birthday...so original mini goal met. However in the meantime I learned that I have shrunk 1.5 inches in height...therefore I need to lose a little more to reach my healthy BMI of under 25. That's okay. I have confidence that I'll make it, just not by my 70th birthday. So I'm making that my next mini goal. I need to be under 143.5 reach that healthy BMI. I hope to be there by Thanksgiving.15 -
Update. My mini goal of being in the overweight category by Halloween has already been achieved! I'm thrilled! Now I have a new mini goal of being 154lbs by Halloween. My ultimate goal weight is 130lbs. My highest weight was 179lbs.15

This is day 95, I’ve lost 21.4 lbs . When I started 90 lbs overweight I said I’m going to do this in 5 lb chunks. One bag of flour at a time.
So I want to get that 3.6 lbs off. I had a bmi of over 40 it’s now a little over 38. So I have moved from morbidly obese to obese.18 -
getting down to the 140s again !! i haven't been in a few years11

Suddenly going back to working in the office, someone has shrunk my clothes since 2020! I'd very much like to be able to wear those rather than replacing them all.13
