October-December challenge!

I'm excited for to start with this group tomorrow.
I was very active on MFP for a few years before the Pandemic, weight training at my local gym.
But with my high risk husband and children, I had to quit the gym.
While we did purchase a good amount of gym equipment in my basement, I seem to like to workout AWAY from my house.
In my house, I have too many distractions:
- I see the basement freezer and think about defrosting chicken for dinner
- washing machine reminds me to do the next load of laundry
- then the dog wants to go out, or join me
- I should load and run the dishwasher, etc etc...
So I switched to walking/hiking and eating all sorts of crap, so loss of muscle mass and pounding on the weight.
I started on 9/6/2022 to de-bloat off 7# so far.
Oh, I'm wicked short 4'11", so 5# on me means a different pant size.
So now I'm back to my starting weight (back to January 2020).
I started with:
1. tiny Daily WO Challenge: glute bridges and tricep pushups
2. tiny weight training WO, working on increasing the duration, variety, and weight amount
Goals:
1. regain muscle mass/do more weight training
2. be able to do 1 pull-up again (maybe do 5 by end of December? I did 8 in 3/5/2019)
3. Lose weight
- lose 1.5#
- lose 5.5# (cumulative)
- lose 9.5# (lowest weight since puberty)
- lose 11.5# by 1/1/2023
4. No LNS - late night snacking, which is my biggest downfall
5. Eat mostly 90% plant-base (similar to Forks Over Knives) for my cholesterol,
so I'm not going to be going crazy with the amount of protein I take in.
Tell me about your goals.
Amanda

Weight in blue makes me blue because it’s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because it’s a loss. Weight in black means no change.
10/01-198.6-(Trend Weight: 198.8)- I’ll be weighing in on Sundays to help me control things on the weekend. I also travel less a few days prior and that may actually help. I like to weigh on the 1st and last day of every month as well as weekly. Wow! That means a lot of weigh-in’s for October. I will look at it as a lot of opportunities! I had a normal overall fluctuation which is not a true gain, but rather a lack of TMI. I have a goal of losing 5 pounds per month. It’s been a very very long time since I have been able to make goal, although the last five months in a row I have shown some sort of loss in my monthly challenges. I appreciate progress but I do need to step it up!

Hi there,
My weight loss goal is 20lbs from now until end of 2022. I’ll weigh in on Friday!!! Let’s do this!!!!!3 -
Linda
40 years old
5'7"
SW: 300
CW: 230.6 – (it was 226 last week but my birthday weekend shenanigans added 4 lbs in 3 days. I'm sure that will go down quickly since celebrations are over)
Previous Low: 295 (2020)
I have PCOS and Type 2 Diabetes. Goal is to be at 220 lbs before year end. I want to lose about 2 lbs a month but still enjoy activities with my daughter through the holidays so moderation is key for the next 3 months. I weigh in on Saturdays but don't usually post in the forums during the weekend so I'll be posting the updates on Mondays.

I'd like to continue losing 2lb a week between now and the end of the year, I weighed in today at 352lbs so aiming for 326lbs by the end of the year!4
