    Adding Saturday to weigh in days.
    Goal is to lose 10 by Christmas.
    Am 75 and in a rural area; nearest swimming pool etc is an hour away.
    So here we go! Starting at 164.2.

I am in remission for breast cancer, have Type 2 Diabetes, an under active thyroid, high blood pressure and cholesterol, some osteoporosis and coronary heart disease with a stent in my heart. I am working to get healthier. I know losing weight and exercising more will help all of these issues.

    10/01-198.6-(Trend Weight: 198.8)- I’ll be weighing in on Sundays to help me control things on the weekend. I also travel less a few days prior and that may actually help. I like to weigh on the 1st and last day of every month as well as weekly. Wow! That means a lot of weigh-in’s for October. I will look at it as a lot of opportunities! I had a normal overall fluctuation which is not a true gain, but rather a lack of TMI. I have a goal of losing 5 pounds per month. It’s been a very very long time since I have been able to make goal, although the last five months in a row I have shown some sort of loss in my monthly challenges. I appreciate progress but I do need to step it up!

    10/02-199.0-(Trend Weight: 198.8)- Last night was full of cravings and hunger and the late-night snacks are embarrassing. Aiming for a much better day today. My trend weight is sticking and giving me the opportunity to turn this ship back around. I think I’ll take that opportunity! Feeling hopeful.

    I have PCOS and Type 2 Diabetes. Goal is to be at 220 lbs before year end. I want to lose about 2 lbs a month but still enjoy activities with my daughter through the holidays so moderation is key for the next 3 months. I weigh in on Saturdays but don't usually post in the forums during the weekend so I'll be posting the updates on Mondays.

    I would love to join the challenge. Have a doc appt mid December and would love to have lowered my A1C. I also have a lot of lower back/hip/knee pain because of my weight and I'm sick of dealing with it.
    Walking is the worst for me, which really sucks. Just restarted the program so I'm motivated.
    Goals:
    Lose 15lbs by doc appt 12/15.
    Work out everyday for at least 20 minutes.

    Be under 200 by spring vacation in April.

    Just joining. Have gained 15# this year and want 10# of it off by 2023. I’ll be turning 60 on Jan 2. Hopefully most of it will come off my midsection.
    I’ll check my fasting weight in a.m and post on Saturday’s.
    Goal for week is too find doable trunk/AB exercises that won’t give me back issues.
    My plan for this week is to journal my food choices and not eat out at fast food.

    Hi. My goal by the end of December is to be firmly off this plateau I've resided on since Jan 1st. Wt has bounced same 4 lbs up and down. Am an active sr. but have to be mndful of how much I push myself to avoid flaring hip and knee issues.
    Last nite was a huge win for me. Didn't eat anything after dinner. yeah! This'll be the key to my wt loss success.
