    I can either be in a calorie deficit or I can sit still. If I am forced to sit still I will be marking the time with raisinets and bits of cheese.

    The snow is coming down pretty good here in western New York. I’m not too close to Buffalo so it shouldn’t be too bad but I did have to guess where the lines were when I pulled my car into the parking lot.

    On my work campus crews are out already plowing and salting.

    I brought in some extra glowy lights for my office & the radiator is clanking cheerfully. I’ll try to enjoy the coziness without worrying about the drive home later

    Oh! I’m also wearing a new dress😊
