I'll start.
I'm Amanda and Im from Michigan, USA. I had a goal to lose 50 pounds last year and I ended up losing 45 pounds. This year I would like to lose 50 more and see where I am. I have goals of eating more fruits and veggies, (5 servings a day, Im up to about 3 now,) eating more fiber and keeping the chocolate to 1 oz a day. I want to find an exercise I enjoy and stick to it!

Happy New Year. My name is Maria. I am 63 years young, I had both hips replaced in the last 3 years and put on weight. I am 4'11", and want to loose at least 20 pounds but would be extremely excited if I could loose 30. More importantly, I want to build strength in my legs and arms. I started back on MFP after a wake up call. Last week of December 2022 I fell twice, first time injuring my knees and wrists, second time re injuring my knees and wrists along with falling flat on my face, bruised nose and black eyes! My starting day was 12/30/2022 weighing in at 146 pounds I have been logging in my food and exercise daily and today 1/2/2023 weighed in at 143.3 pounds. I also started back to blogging (Journaling) on a group I created a couple years back. It seems to keep me motivated and I hope to connect with more members so I can stay on track and motivate others as they motivate me!5

Ok here’s my first post. I’m 48. I weigh 238 points. I need to lose about 80 pounds. I’ve been trying for many years. But last week my husband had a heart attack. He bounced back quickly with a new stint and a big scare. So for the first time, he is seriously taking his health and nutrition seriously as well. This will help me to meet my goals! I'm Ashley, or "Ashes". I'm a Midwestern gal that lost the first baby weight through these monthly accountability challenges. Now I'm back during my 2nd pregnancy to make sure I'm keeping an eye and not gaining (or losing) too quickly on poor food choices. I'm still first trimester so my doctor recommends 0-4 lbs weight gain, so I'm focusing on eating a super healthy maintenance with extra snacks if I want them.

Howdy y'all! I'm a West Virginia girl who is trying to get back to basics. I lost 50 pounds from January to October last year then fell apart, gaining 10 pounds back. I'd like to drop another 40-50 pounds this year. I'm only 5'1" so my goal weight is <120. I enjoy being active, but I also like lazy days on the couch snuggled with the dog especially in the winter months.

01/03-199.8-(Trend Weight 199.3)- After travel, I suppose it could have been worse. Gotta keep in Onederland. Travel again today but it won’t be nearly as far. With a good protein breakfast I can probably bypass lunch out. My son will want it and the travel is for him. I’ll probably do a drive-thru for him and just have a lunch at home within plan. Time to get super serious!
