    Have no time scale of when. I want to be at goal just if I can keep loosing I will be happier and then at goal if I can maintain.

    Please anyone with similar age similar weight please add me. I need motivation.

    I'm in the "sweet start", so the drops are expected due to the new structure and water weight. But I'll take it! Also doing "dry January" to reset some health priorities.

    Jan 7: 183.0 - Not bad after indulging a bit more than I was planning on tacos & drinks lastnight! Been getting my 20min+ of walking/activity in everyday & cut WAY back on snacking. Tracking my meals again as well. This has been way overdue! I feel much better both physically and mentally 🙂
