So I am appalled by how much weight I gained just since Thanksgivingโฆ 8 pounds ๐ข๐ข. I did it to myself. Hopefully a few pounds will just fall of in the beginning, but it is time to climb back in the wagon.

01/01-199.2-(Trend Weight: 199.2)- Good Luck everyone this round! We can do this!
01/03-199.8-(Trend Weight: 199.3)- After travel, I suppose it could have been worse. Gotta keep in Onederland. Travel again today but it wonโt be nearly as far. With a good protein breakfast I can probably bypass lunch out. My son will want it and the travel is for him. Iโll probably do a drive-thru for him and just have a lunch at home within plan. Time to get super serious! Travel again tomorrow which is further. Lunch will be out but I will try to choose wisely. I really want to lose 10 pounds by Easter. I canโt let the time slip away.
01/10-200.4-(Trend Weight: 199.5)- I just realized that I will be ultra bloated for an extended period of time. Due to all my travel this week, I can only take my water pill one time in 8 days (normally every other day) and it will have to be Thur or Fri. Iโll be floating and will have to watch how hard my heart is working too! The scale is going to reflect this. I really wonโt know much accuracy until it settles down. Travel days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun, Mon.
