    @jm216 has inspired to want to jump in and make a declaration.

    I also 'Gotta keep moving forward" in my quest to trim down to that magic two-00.
    Actually, I aspire for One-70, but that's a goal that doesn't 'feel' like anything more than a "gotta, shoulda, wanna, hopefully one day" kind of a goal given how slowly I have been trimming down with frequent big setbacks as I struggle with my life's issues.

    We all have life issues, each of ours is unique to ourselves no matter how similar or dissimilar they are to another person who is struggling with their goals. I hate to name all of mine because they are starting to sound like a 'cop-out', and excuse for why it's so hard for 'poor me' to get to the next phase .. or to keep on track.

    Hi!

    This looks like the challenge for me as it's been a long time since I've been down to 200 lbs and forget under 200. I'm tired of joint and muscle pain and I know now that I'm in my 40s, things won't get easier if I don't stick to the changes I've made.

    My Daily Goals:

    ✅Hit my daily Garmin step goal
    ✅Hit my water goal (84 oz)
    ✅Move my body daily (walking, yoga, cardio dance etc.)
    ✅Lose 1lb a week

    January Start Weight: 251.6 lbs
    January Goal Weight: 246 lbs
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 180 lbs
