    1/12 144.2# Long 12 hour work day yesterday but I scheduled some treadmill time at the gym which is beneath the office building mid day to help shake me up a bit. Managed to good food choices. Hope to get a walk in outside later today if the weather is warm enough.

    So self- sabotage got the better of me, and here I am, nearly 2 stone regained, urgh. My body aches from the extra load and my self esteem is in the pits. I'm not going to let this go on any further, I know exactly how to do it, it's easy really... just log everything, get active and stay accountable.

    @Pezhed Congrats on getting your treadmill working. I love my Peloton bike and the various Peloton classes. I've even been doing the outdoor run/walk workouts, which are great (love their playlists and coaching). I will look for the same bike challenge. I'll also try to find you on Peloton. Is your name similar as for MFP?

    My name on there is BlueRidgeMomma. Yes I am obsessed with all the content! I do a lot of the outdoor run/walks too. I really love the sleep meditations as well. I spend a lot of time on the app!

    Hi everyone, I'm back :)
    It was just too hard to for me to concentrate on my weight over Christmas. All is settled now so I'm ready to jump back in. I think my weight in December was 146.0, and I'm at 146.6 now so the damage wasn't too bad.

    56, 5'2"
