Hello Sandy good luck with your knee! A few of us have knee issues. I'm working on mine with exercises and I just ordered a small stationary bike. Hopefully it will get stronger and the stairs will get easier.

Debbie I'm so glad your DH is improving. Better sleep is good for the whole household.

Karen good job on the fire drill!

Machka glad you are enjoying time off. Great success with the honey!

It's going to be a long day of taxes. My dad is missing so many papers, and most of the relevant websites have his email wrong. He can't log into his pension website at all. It's a mess.

Weigh-in is later today, when I have access to the scale. I'm not expecting much because I'm thinking muscle growth. Lisa I remember you saying to track inches, but I never found a place to keep the record. Lousy excuse, isn't it?

Annie MFP has a spot on the progress tab to record measurements. Just tap tab that says weight and it opens different options.

Migraine, rain, witchy, and tired. >:)

    Love, welcome, encouragement!

Oh gosh, YES! Lisa! I am often dumbfounded at how differently we imagine things. I think we have exactly the same thing in mind and are using the same words, and it turns out to be completely different! I do have to bite my tongue, or he gets upset. I once wrote a short story about a husband and wife getting divorced over a mango.
One thing we always disagree over is whether something is blue or green. :p

Had a nice long nap this afternoon. Feeling human again. I did 25 minutes rowing first.

Ha! My ex and I argued for DECADES about whether things were blue or purple. With my current and final husband, I let it get to one, "no it's, not... " and then depart the conversation.
