My name is Kelly. I am 52 and watch my grandkids 5 days a week. I watch 4 of them 5 days a weeks and 6 on Wednesdays so I keep busy with babies all week. They are all 3yrs and under. I weigh weekly.
Goals for April:
Walk for 30 minutes a day
Log all my food daily

Hi. I'm Gayle. I'm 56 with 2 grown kids, hubby & 2 cats. I'm on the final stretch to my PhD (I defend my dissertation May 5). I've launched a podcast & newsletter.
I'm at about 198 with a goal of around 175.
Goals for April are to log daily and make good food choices (low carb), to increase my running, to do my final revisions & prepare for my defense, and to cull & organize notes etc from the last several years.5 -

4/3/23- 206 lbs. Was really good yesterday, was under my calories & carbs and it shows. I just don't understand why I have to go SO low carb to lose.

Hi I'm Sandy I'm 53 years old and I have a grown daughter and son-in-law who lives with me and my husband. I started March at 254.6 and ended at 247.6.
My goals for April is log all my food and water
Increasesteps to 8,000 but walking the dog.
Eat more vegetables and less sweeties.
Try to get out of the 240's
April 1st. 247.2 I walked 7'893 in 30 miles air winds 😂 logged my food and drinks.

4/3 250 I had to much Sunday dinner I guess or it could be the inflammation in my leg. I got over 8000 steps.😊

Hello, I am Amanda, I’m a crazy cat lady from Michigan. I stopped logging and weighing mid February because of health issues and I ended up gaining back about 4 pounds. I worked hard to lose weight last year and don’t want to gain it all back!

04/04-DNW-(Trend Weight DNW)- Oh my Goodness, I wanted to weigh so badly today! But then, why would I weight the day after travel when the restaurant food usually adds 2-3 extra pounds to the scale? So I am drinking lots of water to offset the high sodium meal, hoping for a TMI to rid myself of the evidence and going to try to close all my fitbit circles today while carefully watching the bp. Fasting glucose this morning was pretty good so that is a good sign of the times I hope. Enjoy your day everyone!
