Awww! Thank you & welcome! I like Heather and the HasFit couple and the MadFit lady (except I don't do dance workouts - I have 2 left feet lol)!
 I need variety and have to do something different with different instructors day to day which is why I started this thread!

            I'm one of those who work out as soon as I fall out of bed - before my brain wakes up to give me a million excuses why I don't have to work out! lol So this morning I had an early dentist appt and after that, my brain was wide awake and convinced me to skip my workout this morning! I'll be back in action tomorrow!

            Love her and her unique different way of exercising! This one stops at the end of the first leg series so I had to go back to the beginning of the leg series to do the other leg. I didn't mind 🙂

            Did these over the weekend and some Darebee strenght workouts. Now that we're getting warmer days here on Long Island I'm exercising more outdoors - walks and tennis. I don't do as much youtube workouts during the warmer weather. If there was a gym that offered classes that I wanted I would joing in a second. No step classes on Long Island, though.

The "brutal" part was the 50 sec of pulses after each exercise! Which I needed a 2 sec break or two!
