I'm 44 years old and 1.675m (5"6') tall (short ), started this journey because I just want to feel fit and healthy again (not like my former-athlete self, but definitely not like this either ).

This week I have been relying too much on intermittent fasting alone. My plan is to start incorporating workouts this week. Also, I had a combination of celebrating my 11-year-old son‘s birthday and Easter with the family. So I am not too disappointed, I just need to get back on the grind.

04/04-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- Oh my Goodness, I wanted to weigh so badly today! But then, why would I weight the day after travel when the restaurant food usually adds 2-3 extra pounds to the scale? So I am drinking lots of water to offset the high sodium meal, hoping for a TMI to rid myself of the evidence and going to try to close all my fitbit circles today while carefully watching the bp. Fasting glucose this morning was pretty good so that is a good sign of the times I hope. Enjoy your day everyone!
04/11-192.8-(Trend Weight: 191.8)- Well, clearly the scale will prove that it was a food-filled Holiday. Also, there was some travel involved which is never good for me. But the Holiday is over and my taxes have been picked up from a far-away city and I am home and ready to tackle my weight problem again. No excuses! I hope all of you who celebrate enjoyed a wonderful Easter.

Hi I am Tanja. Been on and off for nearly a decade with MFP. I am 39 years old 162 cm tall. I joined back in 2014 weighing 80+ kgs. Lost 10 kg. Packed it back on during a few pregnancys. I even added 10 more. My highest weight ever was 92 kg in may 2017 as i finished mat leave. Lost it all in the span of a year. And weighed 67 kg summer of 2018. Then I have slowly creept up again. I have a bad habit of loosing 5kg getting content and regaining them.
