Well, I didn't lose, but I didn't gain either, so that's something! My clothes are fitting better, so I think I have been body recomping, as I have been weight training for a few months. I have upped my steps and included a morning walk into my routine, but have also been eating more calories, so it's giving me a good idea of what it's going to take to stay at maintenance. I really want to lose 10 more pounds, but I'm finding it hard to stay disciplined in the evenings.
May 1: 146.8 What a difference a few days can make! My goal for April was 147.0 so I'm relieved to be starting the month on track.

So i have this weight that sends my weigh ins to an app on my phone.
It also analyses water, and fat and mucsle. Apparently I can gain and lose 3% of muscle in the span of a day so the extra features is not something I belive heavily in, but it is still fun.
I weigh myself most days therefore I decided to add the first and last day of the month to see april as a whole.
I realise I am up from the 30 th of april. But I see this as an ordinary fluctuation that I have alot of. I am down from last week not by a lot, but I am happy about it.
April over all was better than my original goal. I am going to enjoy that and try to remember it if may does not live up to my desired goal.
