    You're very welcome. It definitely isn't any work at all - just some copy paste with a recurring reminder on my calendar. I don't know who originally started this challenge, but it's my very tiny way of giving back to something that helped me when I was starting on this journey.

    My name is Donna. I am 63 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5’ 5” tall.

    Start Weight (from April 30th, 2023 ): 192.6
    Goal Weight: 187.6 (5 pound loss)

    End of Challenge Weight: 194.8
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know it when I get there!)



    Weight in blue makes me blue because it’s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because it’s a loss. Weight in black means no change.

    05/29-194.8-(Trend Weight: 194.9)- Travel yesterday. A big family BBQ today for the U.S. holiday. Do the reasons to eat off plan ever end? This is supposed to be a day of honoring our fallen heroes. Not a day of stuffing my face with food! Thank you to our Veteran's who never made it home and to all who have served.

    05/31-194.8-(Trend Weight: 194.8)-This has certainly been a disappointing month for me. So many activities and celebrations which involved all the wrong foods! I gained 2.2 lbs. in May. Today I am traveling to a new movie theater much closer to my home than we usually have to go. It is 70-75 miles away each way and it is supposed to high-tech state-of-the-art. It boasts reclining seats, built-in food trays and high tech video and sound. I can’t wait to see The Little Mermaid today! I’m such a Disney nerd!


    Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    April 28 (Starting Weight): - 148.0 (10-day average 145.2)
    May goal - Get back to middle of maintenance range, then maintain current weight
    Ultimate goal - Range between 138 - 148

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

    April 28: 148.0 (10-day average 145.2)
    May 6: 151.4 (10-day average 149.1)
    May 13: 152.2 (10-day average 150.6)
    May 20: 154.0 (10-day average 153.3)

    Total loss for May Well. It's official. A gain for the month that takes two digits. Damn.
