06/01-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- The movie was great (The Little Mermaid). The new theater was wonderful. It was a 75 mile drive to the theater each way. Lots of sitting and lots of food. Three full meals and a snack. None of the food was within plan. My pants are tight and I don’t want to know until tomorrow.
06/06-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- I didn’t weigh this morning because I can feel the bloat and tightness after my all day travel yesterday and my Thai food for lunch and leftovers for a late dinner. I know I am up from last week, I have been weighing in all week and it has been nothing to brag about. I’ve got to do better. Clothing is feeling tight.

June 12: 71,4 I'm down, but it is mainly due to grief after the passing of my dearest tomcat. He was 16 and got clipped by a car...I couldn't eat much for a few days as I had literary a lump in my throat.

@Antiopelle my heart goes out to you on the loss of your darling boy. It is so unfair and devastating to lose a cat in that way, especially at such a grand age. I know this pain, it's like nothing else. When I lost my last cat to a car I struggled with the grief and had nowhere to place all the love I had for her. After a month I adopted two kittens and they helped heal the pain. They're 7 years old now and I have to trust that they'll be safe while they're out and about because I firmly believe that cats deserve all the freedom to roam and live their best lives. Your boy was clearly loved dearly and lived a long, fulfilling life. As he was a Tom, I'm sure he left a few legacies about your neighbourhood. Take your time and be kind to yourself xxx Ro2

Thank you @39flavours I called him a tomcat but he was neutered, so no legacies in the neighborhood, but loads of good memories in our hearts. I also agree that they should roam free. I still have his sister, who is thoroughly lost at the moment...2 -

Well, I didn't lose, but I didn't gain either, so that's something! My clothes are fitting better, so I think I have been body recomping, as I have been weight training for a few months. I have upped my steps and included a morning walk into my routine, but have also been eating more calories, so it's giving me a good idea of what it's going to take to stay at maintenance. I really want to lose 10 more pounds, but I'm finding it hard to stay disciplined in the evenings.

I'm lucky that my last April weigh in was so much higher than my first May weigh in, or else I would only be showing 0.6lb loss this month! My weight has been pretty stable for the whole of May, partly due to muscle gain from lots of strength training, but mainly because my diet has been less than perfect. Too many treats and too many adult drinks, the problem is when the sun comes out there's too much fun to be had! I have a holiday at the end of June so will miss the last weigh in if this challenge, so the 19th is my focus and I'm going to give it a big push to finish strong.

April 10: 202.4 Each week is tough right now but at least the weight is going in the right direction. One month yesterday that DH passed away. Wasn’t quite the Easter I was wanting this year but my family an I made the best of it that we could.

April 10: 202.4 Each week is tough right now but at least the weight is going in the right direction. One month yesterday that DH passed away. Wasn’t quite the Easter I was wanting this year but my family an I made the best of it that we could.
April 17: 201 I’m very happy with this loss. There is still so much adjusting going on. I'm hoping to get more accomplished this week, meanwhile Mother Nature has done some hail damage to my house and need to get that taken care of.

April Loss: 0Well, I didn't lose, but I didn't gain either, so that's something! My clothes are fitting better, so I think I have been body recomping, as I have been weight training for a few months. I have upped my steps and included a morning walk into my routine, but have also been eating more calories, so it's giving me a good idea of what it's going to take to stay at maintenance. I really want to lose 10 more pounds, but I'm finding it hard to stay disciplined in the evenings.

May Loss: 3.8I'm lucky that my last April weigh in was so much higher than my first May weigh in, or else I would only be showing 0.6lb loss this month! My weight has been pretty stable for the whole of May, partly due to muscle gain from lots of strength training, but mainly because my diet has been less than perfect. Too many treats and too many adult drinks, the problem is when the sun comes out there's too much fun to be had! I have a holiday at the end of June so will miss the last weigh in of this challenge, so the 19th is my focus and I'm going to give it a big push to finish strong.

June 12: 71,4 I'm down, but it is mainly due to grief after the passing of my dearest tomcat. He was 16 and got clipped by a car...I couldn't eat much for a few days as I had literary a lump in my throat.
