June 5: 71,8 I've been hovering around the same weight for a month, but this last week showed a downwards trend again. I'm feeling great and positive about it. One month to lose a bit more than a kilo It's all a bit slower than anticipated but that is very much ok. Onwards !
June 12: 71,4 I'm down, but it is mainly due to grief after the passing of my dearest tomcat. He was 16 and got clipped by a car...I couldn't eat much for a few days as I had literary a lump in my throat.
June 19: 71,8 - a gain of 0,4kg, which is very probably just water weight, no stress here.

April 10: 202.4 Each week is tough right now but at least the weight is going in the right direction. One month yesterday that DH passed away. Wasn’t quite the Easter I was wanting this year but my family an I made the best of it that we could.
April 17: 201 I’m very happy with this loss. There is still so much adjusting going on. I'm hoping to get more accomplished this week, meanwhile Mother Nature has done some hail damage to my house and need to get that taken care of.

April Loss: 0Well, I didn't lose, but I didn't gain either, so that's something! My clothes are fitting better, so I think I have been body recomping, as I have been weight training for a few months. I have upped my steps and included a morning walk into my routine, but have also been eating more calories, so it's giving me a good idea of what it's going to take to stay at maintenance. I really want to lose 10 more pounds, but I'm finding it hard to stay disciplined in the evenings.

May Loss: 3.8I'm lucky that my last April weigh in was so much higher than my first May weigh in, or else I would only be showing 0.6lb loss this month! My weight has been pretty stable for the whole of May, partly due to muscle gain from lots of strength training, but mainly because my diet has been less than perfect. Too many treats and too many adult drinks, the problem is when the sun comes out there's too much fun to be had! I have a holiday at the end of June so will miss the last weigh in of this challenge, so the 19th is my focus and I'm going to give it a big push to finish strong.

June 26: Away on holiday so couldn't weigh. Weight before I left was 140.8 but I have been eating and drinking a lot this week so who knows where I'll be by the end of this month. I have been eating mostly wholesome, nutritious food and getting a lot of exercise so hopefully the fallout won't be too bad.

June 28: 193 lbs Yep that is me. Just eat anything I want and don't exercise. What can you expect. I am going to make a change. I will be continuing on with the next challenge.
