Hi Jeda, Please add me to this list? I posted on the spring challenge but I realize it's almost over. I would love to join this group so I can be more accountable over the summer months. I didn't see a "Join" button but I have bookmarked this page so I can come back on July 3rd. I’m not new to MFP I’ve had it for two years now and I’ve never fully utilized it. Never participated in the community chat but today for some reason I was tempted. This summer weight loss challenge garnered my attention.
The reason I’m here is because of motivation as well. Alot of uncontrolled situations happening and mental blocks as well.
Anyway, back to the topic; what do I do? Do I copy the initial post instructions to my logbook and then post it once I’m done? Or on the specific days noted I have to jump on this chat and create a new reply?1 -

I did the Spring Challenge and failed miserably. I have some work to do to get back on track. The last couple of years I was involved in several challenges. I decided to focus on one. So this is the challenge I have decided to work on. Wednesday is my regular weigh-in so July 5th will be my start.
