    Hi, I’d like to join this challenge please. I’ve had MFP since 2015. I used it to successfully reach my weight loss and fitness goals during the pandemic but since returning to work I’ve gained back 15 of the 20 pounds I had lost plus my fitness is poor.

    Knowing how slow it went these last months, I will try to at least lose 0,5kg or around 1 pound every month. Seriously slooooooow, but that's the way it is when almost at goal. I'd rather lose 3 pounds than stay at the same weight.

    07/01-197.8-(Trend Weight: 197.4)- Today I am celebrating my son’s 27th birthday and my oldest grandson’s 17th birthday who were born on the same day. There will be food that is out-of-plan so the key will be portion control. A new month always feels so hopeful. I’m starting with a small drop on the scale which feels even better.
