Sore like an injury or sore because you’re using muscles you haven’t used in a while?
After I retired from competing I had a pretty bad back from overuse. Now it could be muscles or just that flaring up. I was told I have some degenerative disc disease. I just deal with it and stretch it and it'll be good enough.

I know a girl💗🦶🏽You just made me remember. I ran into my surgeon the first time I was released after my foot surgery. I had on wedges but not as tall as the ones in the pic. He came into the restaurant I was filling in hostessing at. So I feel all guilty about my shoes and start talking to him about my shoes and feet. Like a moron. While his wife and the other couple go off to wait somewhere for a table. Then I apologize to him before he leaves later for being a moron. He’s very nice though and didn’t make me feel worse.
I’m sure your feet were exactly the conversation he wanted before dinner. 😂1 -
