Seriously. Sorry you got an ache. Basically what cm said… try to get blood flow into the hip. When a muscle is tight my default is to stretch it, but contracting it, getting blood in the area then perhaps stretching works pretty well for me.1 -

Seriously. Sorry you got an ache. Basically what cm said… try to get blood flow into the hip. When a muscle is tight my default is to stretch it, but contracting it, getting blood in the area then perhaps stretching works pretty well for me.

I think it went well. She seemed impressed with my résumé which made me wonder if she was looking at someone else’s résumé but maybe pickins have been slim. I think we’re going to set up a zoom interview and then see where we go from there. It’s a good deal more responsibility than I currently have and a bit more money which I like. But it does have some downsides to it that I’ll have to think about.

Thank you. Yes, I am trying to approach it like it’s good practice to just talk to people like they’re people. To be polite and kind but not gush. After sleeping on it I think this might not be the right position for me but it’s getting closer to where I want to be. I might actually recommend this position to a friend of mine.
I really am enjoying this freedom of being able to pick and choose because I’m already secure in a job that I don’t hate.
