I'm doing a strengthening regimen as well, so while I gained 3 lbs, I've been feeling stronger; clothes fit slightly better and more loose after 3 weeks. I don't have a smart scale, but I assume I'm gaining muscle weight. I'll just have to adjust both diet and activity so I can be a leaner, fitter version of me in the end. Hopefully at goal weight lols. I'll take it, health is wealth 🙂4 -

Knowing how slow it went these last months, I will try to at least lose 0,5kg or around 1 pound every month. Seriously slooooooow, but that's the way it is when almost at goal. I'd rather lose 3 pounds than stay at the same weight.
