Hey hope all is well, I think we should close this challenge soon just because we are having the first weigh in now but whatever just a thought.. I think people are getting confused or thats just me.
First weigh in September 19th: 143.6lbs
Second weigh in September 26th: 142.2lbs
-1.4 lbs down ;] good for me I was expecting less this week, I stayed in my calories but didn't have much time to exercise !

Started last week at 230.
Today's weigh in: 224
It was my first week though, so I don't expect as large a weight loss next week.
I weighed myself at my mother-in-laws last night, I wish her scale was accurate, it said I am 210 pounds and started on the 0. But I have at least noticed that I no longer have to suck in my stomach a little to zipper and button my pants.0 -

9/26: 180.2 :grumble:
Argh! That's really upsetting. I ate pretty well and exercised like crazy. Maybe it's just muscle weighing more than fat? Yeah, I'll just keep telling myself that's what it is...
