I've been working a keto carb friendly diet or a few months. I'm working on weightloss and health. I walk 2 miles per day as well. I'm hanging around 1200 calories or less daily. Lost 33lbs since May 17. I'm trying to eart lots of protein, and I'm always interestedin new proteinideas. I'm just learning the message boards and community here.

    Hi, I’m new to the message boards. But, have been on Fitness Pal off and on for a few years. It took me almost an hour to figure out how to reply!😂 I’ve lost 30lbs. I still have over 50 left. Could really use a friend here.

    Good morning, I am not new to MFP but I am new to eating fewer carbs and the right kind of carbs. I am 68 and just learning about these things. I am trying a metabolic approach because it sounds sensible to me. So I would be glad for any advice. I know a little about the site if you need help, I may be able to help you out.
