    @mbfink2018 they no longer make my primary scale, but bought this which can travel. I weigh on both to check consistency and I am pleased (typically within .2).     @mbfink2018 i can step on in, but it is small compared to my regular scale. I bet the company also makes “full size” as well.

    @mbfink2018 are you weighing once then straight away again? Or at different times of day? At different times of day, that's completely normal. If right after the other, I would say new batteries might be needed or a new scale! If a new scale - I love the one I use. It's a Renpho and super consistent and not expensive!

    73 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...

    I'm just curious - what is the "zig zag plan" you are talking about here?

    9/10 -194.2- (Trend weight 193.7) I had a very good day yesterday but I stayed up way way too late and ended up hungry enough for another meal that was unplanned for and put me over budget, so to speak. Today I will choose one of my lower calorie/carb days on the zig-zag plan to get back in line. I really need to get in more steps and movement today somehow also. I’m expecting my DD and DGS over this afternoon so that may be difficult.
