Both of my boys are graduating college in the spring and I want a good looking picture of the three of us for my office.11

Is it petty that I wanna take a big trip and a million photos and don’t wanna be fat and chunky looking in all my pics?11

Next year we are moving to a house with a pool, and I know we're going to end up hosting all the parties, and if I'm going to spend that much time in my togs, it's gonna need to look better!!9

My son told me not to jump on his trampoline cause I'm too fat and would break it 😐 Also because I want to feel attractive13

To not need to use filters to hide my face weight. I swear it takes longer positioning myself just right and finding the right filter for various lighting than actually making a video.7

My dr told me last year that I needed a new hip but would never get one as I will always be big, then another dr from the same practice telling me I was too fat for treatment. And in august last year I saw a photo of myself with some strongmen and something clicked. Some of those strongmen helped me and I’m now down 100+lb and it wasn’t until I lost that weight that I qualified for wls and yes, I had the surgery. Some people think it’s easy but it isn’t. It’s definitely harder than what they portray on tv. Still got 100lb to loose12

My petty reason is I want to go from the heaviest one in my group of friends to one of lightest one and I'm almost there.7

I wanted to respond to this and say that I didn’t start dating until I was 31. This was for a variety of reasons where weight and self esteem were certainly involved but also because I didn’t feel the need for a long time, instead finding fulfilment in other parts of life. I met my partner within 6 months and we have now lived together for over a year. So don’t feel 31 is to late to start if you do want to date 🙂

I want my jawline to be well defined, not jowly.
Looked at my upper arms and saw those big, droopy looking grandma arms.
The other day, my husband said this is as good as it gets. I'm working to have a better future.9 -
My petty reason for losing weight is to uncover a nice butt I believe is hidden under there. 🤷🏾♀️7

I want to prove I can lose the weight without surgery or without being ridiculous or extreme or starving myself, or all that other silly stuff.
And that I was right, my breasts are not small, and they only look average next to my belly and hips. So I'll lose another 80 pounds and we'll see if they'll do the surgery I want then.7 -
I'm sick of my pants wearing only in the inner thighs. 95% of the pants are still in great condition it's just that pesky area with the thigh chub rub. (and I know it's not a manner of the pants not fitting correctly because my inner thighs rub when I'm naked).5

My petty reason is I’ve put on weight all year and friends have noticed it at every gathering and commented. I have another gathering at the end of October and I’ve already lost 12 lbs out of my 30 lb target so I want to look amazing for that.6

I don't want to wear clothes with an 'X' next to the size....XL, 1X, 2X...where will it end? I was very slim as a young person and I am tired of being the fat one at every gathering. I just want to walk into a store and go to the normal size section and buy some clothes that fit and look good. Very shallow, but I don't care.9

Where will it end? Keep in mind that XS is a size, too! I know nothing about you, so maybe your overall body configuration wouldn't ever go there. Back when I was class 1 obese, and in the other X sizes, I never thought I'd buy an XS as an adult . . . but now I have. Fits, too.5 -
