@Bemybestby60 : I was curious about why this would happen, as I would sometimes have a similar experience myself. I googled and found this:
• last meal eaten later than usual
• you had more sodium and carbs the day before (my guess was water weight)
• you upped your fiber intake
• constipated
• hard strength training session
… as well as a few others. I wouldn’t get discouraged if it seems like a fluke thing. Maybe your scale isn’t calibrated? Could be a number of things. Give it a google and see if anything sounds familiar. Regardless, stay focused on your good habits. You got this!

Wow thank you for taking the time to look at causes. I think it is sodium in processed foods. I had canned soup and crackers that night. Not sure. Scale is good. Geez thanks again. Your input really made a difference.3 -
This is the last resort for me losing weight as I've been down before and up so many times, I just need to get down and stay there. Stopped smoking 6months ago and gained 2 and half stone.

Turned 40 Friday and spent the weekend eating and drinking.
Had the puppy with us so there was some walking. The hotel had a pool so there was some swimming.
It was a great weekend. Yesterday I went to bed at the same time as the kids.
Really thrilled to have lost a little weight after that much eating.

10/09-184.8-(Trend Weight: 187.6)- I am very pleased with my loss this week. It is not often that I can lose 2 lbs in one week and keep it off. So that is my goal this week, keeping it off. I am very near my monthly October goal. I know the Halloween Candy is going to start flowing in abundance everywhere I go. Gotta stay strong. I may stop by the dollar store today and pick up some sugar-free Werthers candies that I can suck on in a candy dish emergency.
10/16-184.6-(Trend Weight: 186.4)- A successful day yesterday which showed up on the scale this morning. TMI good, shed lots of water and bloat and raked yard for 3+ hours burning lots of extra calories. Diet was on point. I am planning another good day with more raking and yard work to complete the fall cleanup hopefully. This should continue to work the scale back down.

Wow the weather changed rapidly. One week it was in the 90s, next week it was in the 70s, this week it's in the 50s. I'm a cool weather fan, I love the chill in the air!
Trying to get some fall cleaning done & decorate, I'm a month late in putting up all my harvest decor which I like to put out Sept-Thanksgiving. Hurt my dang shoulder again. But eating-wise & exercise-wise I'm still going strong, the daily walks in the fall have become a very enjoyable treat.
