Weight in blue makes me blue because itโs a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because itโs a loss. Weight in black means no change.
11/01-181.2-(Trend Weight: 184.5)- I have managed to stay out of the Halloween leftover candy so far. If it makes it until Friday evening (yes every minute counts), it will go to my teenaged grandchildren when I see them. Good luck everyone this round.
11/05-184.6-(Trend Weight: 184.2)- My scale weight is up but my trend weight is down. It certainly has been a very strange and confusing week. Some small scale gains I understand, other days it just doesnโt make sense (like this morningโs after a 1010 calorie low carb day yesterday). Iโm just going with the flow I guess. It should all even itself out.

Hi, Iโm Stormy back ready to weigh in and post every week for both November and December. These are typically my worst weight-gaining months. I call this the โEating Seasonโ. I tend to fail to the temptations during the holiday seasons. Then, when I fail, I give up and tell myself Iโll start again when the new year comes around.

Hey everyone!
First time posting in a community. My weight has gone up and down most of my life - my heaviest weight was 12st 6lbs and my lightest adult weight was 9st 13lbs. I haven't gone above 11st since I lost weight in 2020 but a holiday and over-indulgence in cakes and lattes means I've put on a little bit over the past 6 months.
A few days late in starting, here goes:

I walk every day already but intend to exercise twice per week as well.
