SOUNDS TO ME LIKE IT IS A TYPE OF DIET THAT YOU JUST DON'T EAT BREADS, PASTAS, ........STARCHES. I see none of that in my next 10 day future...0 -

Isn't that just chili??? That's exactly how I've always made my chili??? Who knew it was a fat burner??? LOL0

It tastes JUST LIKE CHILI! ( without chili powder and mixes ) With the cold season moving in, hot tea and a nice bowl of chili sounds so good all the time! Nothing like enjoying a nice ( fat burning ) bowl of soup and a nice hot green tea ( also a fat burner )

Gonna have t try it, but substitute something for the tomatoes, since the hubby is allergic. Curious though, why do people keep typing "bump"?0

This sounds absolutely delish. And easy too. I would have to leave out the bell pepper though since I have family who can't handle them. Definitely going on the possible list.0

It's a way to keep the thread closer to the top and also a way for them to comment and have it in their activity so they can look back at it without typing anything.0 -
