Hello all. Reading through some comments and seeing a lot of us struggling to lose weight. I’ve lost weight and regained so many times it’s ridiculous. To lose weight it really does come down to creating calorie deficit- if you burn more calories than you eat you will lose weight. Buy kitchen scales to weigh portions - portion size is important and a lot of people find they are eating more calories than they realise. Obviously exercise regularly. Focus on how you FEEL- it’s not just about weight loss. It’s about feeling healthy- NSV more energy, measurements etc.
