    Bummer, I gained a pound this week. I did "One Meal A Day" (OMAD) yesterday, but it must have been too much of a meal. Ha! Maybe I can shed that one pound in the 3 days we have left of January?

    @iLive2Walk yes slow and steady is more sustainable. Unfortunately I already have that loose tummy flap because I have gone from too skinny back to really fat over the years.

    I actually made my goal this month- yes! I’ve been walking 3km a few times a week. My feet are really sore and swollen though- the heat in Australia is awful. I’m going to have a rest today.
