@HaCee75 Welcome! I joined MFP in August 2018 at 264 pounds. My highest weight in mid August 2017 was 311 pounds, in the hospital. This is a great challenge. I joined in October 2022 at 243.4 pounds. Best decision ever. So many times I wanted to give up, but I kept going! Again welcome and best wishes!

February 1: 260. Looking forward to this weekend--the rain is supposed to slack up just enough during my one-day getaway to do some beachcombing. Also my skates will be here tomorrow and I can't wait. I don't think my health insurance is good enough for me to join the derby (I am GREAT at getting hurt π) but it will be fun to teach myself to skate backwards

January was a good start to the new year. Looking forward to making some progress in Feb. I enjoy walking outdoors daily, 8000 steps is my daily goal. I'm low carb, not keto but under 50 gm a day for sure. Best of luck to everyone lets do it to it.
