I didn't do any intentional squats yesterday or today. I say "intentional" because I have been building my egg carton space ship this weekend. Lots of squatting, up and down/sit to stand movement. So...my week 1 totals are below. I will continue with Week 2 tomorrow. And Rita I DO make a proper sumo style grunt when I am in full squat position!
