This morning I had a Red's egg sandwich with coffee and core power elite for cream.1

An egg and cheese biscuit with butter and Coffee w/ cream & sugar1

Chocolate chip cookie oatmeal bake.
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1 egg
1/2 banana
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch if salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Tbsp chocolate chips
You could play around with the recipe and substitute some of the oats with protein powder.
Blend everything except the chocolate chips and bake for 15 -20 min at 3504 -

1/2 cup of grape nuts mixed with 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt, a dash of almond milk, a tsp of flax seed and a handful of raspberries
High in Iron, fiber, and protein and good micronutrients!2 -

Loaded Protein Pancakes, raspberries, quarter teaspoon of Canderel Sugarly. 50g of the mix makes 3 or 4 of these.
(I don’t actually like eating breakfast, but I’m trying different ways of getting more protein into my diet.)1 -

I’ve only just started with fitness pal and I’m really struggling to use all my calories, I am meant to have 1210 calories per day, I really struggle with food as I’m extremely picky and have never had a big appetite plus there is such a lot of food I don’t like.
My doctor has told me I don’t eat enough so I decided to join my fitness pal but I am still finding it difficult to reach my target calories, I go to the gym daily and I also walk my two dogs 3-4 times a day so I get plenty of exercise, my excercise calories are added to my 1210 calories but I don’t count them in as I’m unable to reach my main calorie target.
I would appreciate any advice and tips on how I can reach my target without having to eat lots of food but still eat healthy and have a small treat once a week and keep my calorie, fat and protein at my
goal percentage. Thankyou.1
