Eating Disorders

Hi,

I've been dealing with an eating disorder for the last 5 years, anorexia to be more precise.

I just wanted to know if there is anyone else in here that is going through the same path of recovery and why do you think using this app helps or what is the best use I can find of using this app.

Along with getting medical assistance, which is very important to support your recovery, there's a free mental health app called MyPossibleSelf that I use and recommend to anyone struggling with anything psychological. While they're connected to Priory Hospital in the UK, you can still use the whole rest of the app minus the hospital-connected part for free from anywhere in the world. There are other mental health apps too, but they all seem to either cost money or be fairly worthless. YMMV of course, but this is the best idea I have.

I don't believe this app is beneficial for those with anorexia. I believe it's extremely harmful and may easily feed into and worsen your disorder.
