    Week 2
    Feb 5- 45 sumo squats
    Feb 6- 20 basic squats (split into sets of 5)
    Feb 7 - 45 sumo squats (split into 3 sets of 15)
    Feb 8 - 20 basic squats (split into 4 sets of 5)
    *I am splitting my squats into sets throughout the day, bc I am already sore from ship building. Carry on.

    My replaced hips told me was overdoing it a bit so am dropping to every other day-much more sensible for me!
