Things I meant to say -

Margaret you are so right about dead animals. Even the non-diseased ones have worms and lice and pests. Eww.

    Machka Fencing sounds wonderful! Enjoy!

Sue so sorry about your bad tenant. Some people are just abnormal.

And I am still shopping. I found exercise/habit tracker calendars on Amazon but I'm going to read the Rubin book first before I buy.

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10512368/50-plus-squats-challenge#latest

Here is the squat challenge link again for anyone who would like to try it. I am following a specific plan (found on pg. 1 or 5) but we are all doing our own type of squats and amounts. The goal is just to do them at least 3 times a week. As Barbie said on a post there: “It is not how many you do, just that you do them!” I’m starting on Week 4 of the structured plan. I do better with structure.

April sugar in the evening keeps me awake, both directly and because it makes my joints sore.

I did ten minutes on my bike! Yay! Plus six minutes walking cool down.
